Throughout this Satellite Intern Program, you will deepen your knowledge and skills in all areas of the Shamanic Breathwork level one training. By the end of the program you will be proficient in all areas necessary to set, hold, execute, process, integrate, and complete a S.H.I.P. Training with confidence and professionalism. 

 

All Satellite Interns will take another swoop through the loop, re-entering into the S.H.I.P program on a deeper level by joining one as a student, and then co hosting one with a Venus Rising representative from our Core Team.
 

Being a Satellite is both sacred, and hard work. AND, it is life changing to discover the depths of your power; to reach your limits and push beyond them, learning to draw inner strength from new places and walk with spirit. You will be held and supported by the staff through this deep initiation. 

 

During these trainings, you are asked to show up fully as you would as the leader holding the training. You can expect long hours and hard work being in service to the students and sacred container. You are typically the first ones on-site in the morning and last to head to bed. On a practical level, this means you will be responsible for making sure that someone is setting the sacred space; cleaning, arranging, preparing supplies, changing the scenes between shifts in the program, remaining open and in the flow with Spirit - while also holding impeccable space for VR Staff and the group as a whole, whilst fully going deeper into your own process more than ever before. It can be exhausting and certainly not for the faint of heart! 

 

A typical day may start with a morning meeting at 8am and end past 11pm. During any down time given to students, youwill likely be engaged in staff meetings, set up, clean up, holding a student in process or any number of other arising needs. As staff and a leader, you are to ensure someone is on call 24/7 for the entirety of the training. As you are learning how to manage your own process more independently, whilst also learning how and when to seek the support of your pack, most of the time you may need to put your personal process on hold as you tend to the needs of the group without becoming codependent.

 

Internship also includes personal mentoring sessions and requirements for further study and holding space in your own community. The Mentorship part of your Internship is where you will co-create your individualized program, focusing on the key areas you have identified for further study and development. You also have a unique opportunity to enroll in additional sessions with Core Staff Members in their areas of specialization, at a reduced cost.
